Registration and Payment
Registration – IEEE ICA/ACCA2021 Step 1: Registration To register for the IEEE ICA/ACCA2021, please complete your data and sign up with the following form: https://controlautomatico.org/ica_acca2020/registration/registration_form.php. Note that in this form, authors can associate its registration to 1 or 2 papers maximum (in the case of a Presenting Author registration). Your Email will be used as a primary key in our database, so you can only add one registration associated to a given Email. Note: We recomend to use Google Chrome to ensure a proper registration. Step 2: Payment Once step 1 has been completed, proceed to pay your registration, choose the type of registration in the table and proceed to pay. Papers submitted after October 31st will not be able to be updated as they will be sent for review immediately. Instructions guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. Submit full paper until October 31, 2020, in accordance to the rules: Initial submission; manuscript for review and proceedings publication: The manuscript must be prepared using Microsoft Word or LaTeX. Full Papers Submission must be done via EasyChair: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=ieeeicaacca2020. After strict peer-reviewing process and antiplagiarism checking, all accepted papers will be included in an electronic Preprint of Proceedings in Chile (ISSN given by Conicyt Chile. ISSN 0719-5567). After the conference, all the presented papers will be included in IEEE Proceedings of 2018 and will be submitted to IEEE Xplore. Submit Extended versions publication after conference: Some selected high-quality papers will be published as extended versions in Journals (ISI/Web of Science) and Scielo Journal. About ACCA / Acerca de ACCA
The Chilean Association of Automatic Control (ACCA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the theory and application of machine in all its manifestations, both in automatic control engineering systems and its applications to biology, economics, social sciences, etc. To meet its objectives, ACCA conducts workshops, seminars, courses and Congresses since 1974, thereby creating encounters of people from all areas of the work of the Automatic (Employers, Professionals Companies, Researchers at universities and institutes dedicated to Research, etc.). Automatic Control Association organizes conferences every two years alternating the venue in different places, hosted by a university, with the participation of leading professionals. Welcome to IEEE ICA-ACCA 2021
Dear Colleague: In 2019, analysing the social situation in Chile, we correctly interpreted the consequences and decided to transfer the conference face-to-face to a virtual conference. We were successful at IEEE Chilecon2019 for 2 weeks in November 2019. We had support from IEEE and they considered it to be a global milestone: it turns the crisis into an opportunity to innovate (attaché). In this 2020, the Covid19 pandemic is installed. Considering the current situation, we believe that it will not be possible to organize our yearly conference normally. On the one hand, the pandemic will stay with us for long. In addition, financial constraints in universities and research institutes will affect attendance at face-to-face conferences. Therefore, after careful analysis, we decided to carry out IEEE ICA_ACCA2021 in virtual form at the beginning of 2021.
